PIXLEY CENTRAL
This precinct comprises the modernist icon, 320 Pixley and Pioneer Place, both specifically targeting SMME’s and entrepreneurs.
320 Pixley, the largest building in the inner city of Durban by floor space, was rebranded and floor plates partitioned into small to medium sized spaces. Pioneer Place, initially a non-compliant problem building, was re-designed as a micro-manufacturing hub for 200 micro-businesses in the fashion and textiles sector.
